Welcome to the 1225 13th Street Condominium online community. Here you will find information and documents related to the Condominium and be able to communicate with other residents and owners via forums.

To obtain access to the site, you must be an owner or resident of the building and be duly registered with the building office. If you have completed the necessary resident information forms, simply register a new account on this site and then notify the building office manager to be granted appropriate access.
